I don't mean to create a forceful naming notation but just focus on the 
uppercase string using in model,so for a very long name,if it is to be 
referenced by other element saying an type definition,then it should begin 
with it's first character uppercased,but the naming notation is leaving to 
the name writer what notation he will use.My idea is comes from SMI naming 
conventions.
