Re: values of LFBClassID wasRe: LC model draft draft-ietf-forces-model-07.txt

The <id> element is from an older syntax.  We probably need a tracker 
entry to remember to clean it up.
We went around in circles trying to decide what belonged as 
attributes and what belonged as elements.  There are probably 
multiple vestiges of old versions floating around.
