hi,

i can understand wanting there to be a slot request for the updated  
drafts, unfortuantely i am not making one.  unfortunately i do not  
have support for attending IETF meetings (no funding, no interested  
employer, no money) and won't be there, so i will not ask for a  
slot.  if someone else does, i will help them produce a report.

in terms of the draft changes, i still owe them and will try to send  
a message indicating the changes to the protocol draft soon,

though in the meantime i do recommend viewing the diff at:

btw, anyone can get status, latest and diffs for all the forces  
drafts at:

and i will, on a volunteer basis, continue to update the doc until  
such time as it gets through the IESG/RFC endgame.
