Or, just as obviously (and I suspect that's what the smiley is for), the
server should try and find "Eric.txt" and set its modification time if it
exists, returning an error if Eric.txt doesn't exist.

Or, just as obviously, it should return "19700101000001 19700101000001
Eric.txt" :-)
