No they don't.  But, in the words of our WS_FTP Development Manager, =
having control over Modify Time is one of the biggest bugbears in file =
synchronisation.  I have given him a copy of draft-somers-ftp-mfxx-01 =
and he is very interested.

That does not mean that you'll see anything straight away as this was an =
individual opinion. But it's a good sign.
