I don't really understand why. Redefining ipv4 or ipv6 is an idea which 
is as old as the hills: just google for "ipv8 jim fleming" for prior art 
in the area, and note the date (1997).  Also worth noting that Jim was 
banned from ietf mailing lists for posting this sort of trash way back then.

Regarding thain-ipv8, this has all the hallmarks of being the product of 
a very short llm prompt. This is tedious and a waste of everyones' time.
