That I-D clocked as LLM-suspicious to me, at least the absence of any of 
the linked companion I-Ds. You seem to agree, so I guess I am vindicated.

In any case, much worse of an April Fool’s joke than the actual April 
Fool’s RFC this year (a tip of the hat to Robert Sayre, good work!).

Just let it expire, I guess? Neither the author nor any other supporters 
have taken to the mailing list so far, so they don’t seem to engage with 
the IETF in any serious form.
