Hi Eric,

The only censorship that I can see here is effectively self-censorship by Daniel J Bernstein.  This is a problem of his own making by putting recipients in an unnecessary and unwanted legal grey area.  I still believe that there is a trivial solution to the problem, which is for Daniel to exclude the dubious boilerplate.

Actions like this are killing the IETF. We should have a simple policy that any legal language in emails posted by members is to be ignored and have no effect ... and then remove censorship.
