Rich, my apologies for saying your message reached the level of uncivil commentary. After community feedback, I have now mentally adjusted where the line should be drawn.

An apology was neither needed nor desired.* Mistakes are going to happen when humans are involved and you couldn’t pay me enough to do your job.

*Of course, if an apology wasn’t there, then you probably would have gotten grief from some folks for saying “if it was wrong, why didn’t you apologize”. You just weren’t going to win :)
