The front-page loads for OK me but also says (in a banner): "Your
browser has JavaScript disabled. Most of this site works without JS,
but some features, like search, require it. If something seems
broken please try enabling JavaScript and reloading the page."

I'd prefer if more of the site worked without JS. I don't think
the "Most" above seems correct at first glance.
