[Tools-discuss] Re: Datatracker outage scheduled for 2100 UT C 8 June 2026

This action is complete. The actual downtime for the datatracker was 
essentially zero, though there was a longer than expected delay added to 
asynchronous processing (such as for draft submission) that we will 
address before proceeding with the remaining steps detailed in [1] below.
