There was an email about crediting tools:

What goes into acknowledgement section used to be the author's 
decision (re. IESG decision dated July 2, 2013).  I don't have a good 
answer to the question of whether the author should disclose that AI 
was used to write a message.  It depends on the purpose of the 
message and the author's preference.
