We have document authors who speak Candian English, Australian English, 
New Zealand English, South African English, and Indian English.  Moreover, 
we have at least one author who grew up in the US and moved to Australia, 
and another who grew up in Australia and moved to the US.

I find the implicit hegemonic binationalism in this proposal to be deeply 
problematic.  So I hope we can stop now.
