I don't know that I agree tbh, in two respects.

- I don't think moderation by AI differs importantly once you get to
a sufficient scale where should-be-moderated-but-isnt content will
also remain at a giant scale

- One might think of encouraging regulators to break up the too-big
things into smaller things - unclear it'd work, and unlikely they'd
go for it, but dealing with monopolies and the like by splitting
their user databases into small chunks could be done:-) Maybe more
practically, measures to encourage smaller services and interop
between those and others, could certainly be part of regulators'
menus.
