Now, now.  Before this degenerates, for non-emergency situations  
having the location flow from the acquisition protocol through the  
UAC on to the call path is completely acceptable and gives the user  
control.  We recognize that emergency cases are different, users  
often are concerned about the emergency and don't need to be bothered  
by interfaces asking "should I include your location".
