Status on GSMPv3 Packet/L2 spec

Hi,
here follows a list of changes between <draft-ietf-gsmp-packet-spec-00.txt> 
and <draft-ietf-gsmp-packet-spec-01.txt>. The changes are primarly adjustments 
to recent changes to the base spec (draft-ietf-gsmp-v3-base-spec-02.txt). 
I would appreciate any pointer to places in the document where further clean-up 
could improve the quality of the draft.

- Changed Label Type values (ch. 3) according to the 
  new ranges defined in the Base spec.
- Removed section about Label Stacking (these are general 
  for GSMPv3 and belong to the Base spec).
- Added Definition of Capability Set Records (ch. 7.6) 
  since they are technology specific.
- Resized the Result and Code fields in the general headers 
  reflecting the recent change in the Base spec.
- Adjusted the Service ID ranges according to the ones that 
  are being defined in the Base spec.
- Added text to the Failure Response codes (Ch.11).
- In addition to these, there has been a number of minor editorial changes.

The next step is to coordinate with the members of the other design teams
in order to finalize the work.
