Re: draft-ietf-gsmp-reqs-04.txt

I am not a lawyer and don't play one on TV,
but I expect that the statement is overridden by
the NOTE WELL and by RFC2026. Not to mention that
it was sent out on an open and public email list,
thus anyone that receives it was an intended recipient.


Since this kind of message shows up on the bottom of
so many messages, it would be interesting to hear what
the actual effect of such a statement is.  But it is a
subject that is beyond the ken, or charter, of this
group.  I am not sure which list would be appropriate
for such a discussion.
