Dan, thank you for your efforts. 

Teknovus is EPON chip vendor (our CEO is the chair of P2MP
sub-task force in 802.3ah). We recognize the need to specify
EFM MIB (EPON flavor of it) and we are interested very much
in volunteering in IETF Ethernet Interfaces and Hub MIB WG.
