Yesterday I enabled http://€.linux.it/ just for this kind of tests.
It has IPv6 connectivity and can receive mail.

BTW, I'd like to know if anybody has been able to use mozilla or galeon
with IDNs, I tried rececent CVS snapshots of both and could not make
them work, even after reading mozilla bug #112169:
