It has been pointed out to me that there is no "the Japanese" in this 
area, and that some of the individuals at JPRS may have opinions that do 
not necessarily match the opinions of some other Japanese people.

Also, JPRS appears to be distributing VeriSign's i-Nav IDN plug-in for MSIE.
