ps--appendix 1, RR definitions:

  <SRVprep>   ATSRV    <NBPprep>

  <NBPprep>   ATNBP    <NBPprep>

  <NBPprep>   ATA4     <ipv4addr>

  <NBPprep>   ATCNAME  <nameprep>

These formatting rules would be enforced whenever one of the associated
RRs were created for storage or query-formation purposes. Transfer and
comparison functions would use the resulting octet sequences.
