I did get a response to my "Subject: FILE" email to <[email protected]>. Scott Markle <[email protected]> promptly sent me the file. Unfortunately, the email containing the SDEE draft and schema also contained the following notice, which I think means I can't it to this list :( This message is intended only for the use of the intended recipient and may contain information that is PRIVILEGED and/or CONFIDENTIAL.
