The document was ready in july, I think it was even submitted but=20
rejected because of some boilerplate issues. I do not have the specifics=20
from Mike.

Since then, a couple of typos and inconsistencies have been found, as=20
well as some additional checks on the consistency and correctness of the=20
DTD and schema. I am finishing addressing these changes and will have a=20
document ready for you tomorrow.
