Subscription state -- more things left out of PIDF draft

Several protocols provide a means for a presence server to inform
watchers of its content that their subscription has been prematurely
terminated. For example, "CPIM Mapping of SIMPLE Presence and Instant
Messaging" states the following.

Note that a SIP NOTIFY can indicate the subscription has been
terminated, by the inclusing of a Subscription-State header value
   of "terminated."

This information could be provided in a PIDF compliant message if the
presence element of PIDF contained an attribute declared as follows:

<!ATTLIST presense state (normal|terminated) "normal">

where state="terminated" is included in notification content only when
a subscription is terminated prematurely.
