RE: status of wg specifications

I believe we're in roughly the same state we've been in for a while.
Basically, we're blocked on PIDF so we're trying to finish that up. We do
have a new PIDF draft (so that's progress, thanks to all who contributed)
but there's still quite a bit of traffic about bugs in it or items possibly
left out of it. So it seems we're going to have at least a little longer and
possibly one more draft before we're done there. I don't see the point in
last-calling the document until we can go for a week without traffic about
it.

Once PIDF is done, I think that CPIM and MSGFMT are basically good to go.
