Minutes of Yokohama meeting?

Hi,

Two weeks have past since the Yokohama meeting, where from my 
recollections some important things were decided to advance and 
complete the CPIM works.  I'd like to confirm them.  But, I can find 
no minutes of the meeting posted to this list.  

Many thanks for the minute taker.  But, I'd appreciate if I could 
understand the current situation.
