To me, the correspondence is clear.  A client is both a subject and an
object.  When a client provides information, it is a subject.  When a
client receives information, it is an object.

I don't think I substituted a different model.  I just failed to point
out that subjects and objects are clients.  My model distinguishes the
two roles performed by clients.
