I don't much care whether it is called gatewaying or relaying.  All I
want to do is send digitally signed messages and presence information
between IMPP-compliant systems.  Is that too much to ask?  Besides,
the requirements document implies to me that we must make this
functionality available.  I also would like to be able to sign
subscription requests, but that is a topic on which discussion has
been deferred.
