draft-ietf-impp-cpim-03 split into thirds

For Atlanta, I have submitted a revision of the core CPIM specification. It
might not be immediately recognizable, however, because the spec has now
been split into three separate documents.

The justification for this is that instant messaging and presence are
different services - while commercial products tend to bundle them, they are
eminently separable, and plenty of applications would want use one of these
services and not the other. The problem of building gateways between
protocols implementing pres or im services, anyway, has no interdepencies
between the service types.

That accounts for two documents: draft-ietf-impp-im-00 and
draft-ietf-impp-pres-00. The third document is the DNS resolution section of
the core CPIM specification. This section contained generalized behavior for
dereferencing 'im' and 'pres' URIs. Since it would have been redundant to
include this section in both drafts, and perhaps awkward for one to
reference a section on SRV in the other, this has been split out into
draft-ietf-impp-srv-00, on which both impp-im-00 and impp-pres-00 rely.

Content changes will be listed in a separate mail.
