My reading of RFC 2778 suggests that we should not allow this. Specifically, it says that PRESENCE INFORMATION consists of one of more PRESENCE TUPLES, and that the PRESENCE TUPLE is where OTHER PRESENCE MARKUP is allowed. > 2.
