The <contact> element for a <tuple> has relative priority associated with it. Consider the following scenario, I have multiple PUAs publishing presence information (individual tuples) to the presence server, with the priorities "probably" configured in them. If one of them is a cell phone, my location keeps changing, and also the priority might change. Since priority is a notion, that the PRESENTITY must decide, so should the PRESENTITY keep punching in the priority ? -d
