"Minimal" system?  Or scalable system?  Minimal system?  No.  Then again
we could use IP over Avian Carriers for a minimal IM system, too.  But
is that actually what we WANT to do?

It was there during the design contest.  It was even presented in the
open talks as far back as Orlando.  You haven't seen it until now because
you weren't paying attention.

I am NOT arguing for a change -- I'm pointing out the
road-not-traveled.
