No meeting in Minneapolis after all

In a somewhat anticlimactic (but basically positive) development, the IESG
recently approved revised versions of all the IMPP drafts.  This means that
the bulk of the work we anticipated needing to discuss in Minneapolis has
gone away.

Derek and I have discussed possible agendas with Ted Hardie, our AD.  We
concluded that it would not be helpful to have a meeting just to declare
"we're done".

We also decided that while it makes sense for interested parties to continue
to work on ensuring interoperability within the IMPP framework, it's not
obvious that the right way to do that is rechartering IMPP -- it may make
more sense to charter a new WG or it may be that it doesn't require a WG at
all.

So we are cancelling the IMPP WG slot at the Minneapolis meeting.  The
working group will not officially conclude until the documents issue from
the RFC editor.

Derek and I are still planning to be in Minneapolis.  I expect that we'll
have some informal discussions with people there about what (if anything)
should happen next. Feel free to contact us if you have ideas or opinions.
