      Senior Software Engineer - High Performance Computing =20
        We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and =
implement high performance, distributed, data parallel pipeline(s) to =
support the operation of our single molecule sequencing system. This =
individual will evaluate potential hardware configurations and design =
and implement the software on those configurations to perform complex =
signal processing and pattern matching tasks. The ideal candidate will =
have experience accelerating applications for a cluster environment. A =
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics and =
4+ years experience in the design and implementation of high performance =
algorithms for general purpose processors are required. Experience using =
agile software development practices and experience with Multi-processor =
computing environments and methodologies such as Sun Grid Engine, MPI, =
and Condor are desirable.=20
