Dear Richard and Jean-Francois,

During our meeting #14, held 2nd - 4th August 2004 at ETSI HQ Sophia
Antipolis, France, your reply to our recent liaison statement was discussed.
We noted that our previous inputs had been successfully received and that we
await the final publication of the IETF MIB RFC's later this year.

We also wish to take this opportunity of looking forward to developing the
ongoing working relationship between our two organisations.

Regards,

Ian Marshall
Chairman ETSI AT-Digital
