pktcMtaDevProvisioningTimer description

The beow mib is a read-write MIB. When the MIB value is changed after
the MTA is accessible by SNMP station, then what action does the MTA has
to do??

I would suggest to change read-write to read-only access.

             within the period of time set by this object. 
             Failure to comply with this condition constitutes 
             a provisioning flow failure. If the object is set to 0, 
             the MTA MUST ignore the provisioning timer condition."
