Tone Generation Proposal

If we can make the following 2 assumptions, I am proposing a modified
version of the existing tone table.

1)       There is no tone which uses more than 4 frequencies.

2)       There is no tone which has to be generated by modulating a
multi-freq tone with another tone.

 

With these assumptions we can modify the existing tone table without
adding any extra tables.

 

Instead of PriComp and SecComp, we'll have freq1, freq2, freq3 and freq4
in the multi-freq tone table.

If modulation is selected, freq1 will be modulated with freq2.
