Eugene already agreed to remove the sentence "This object value is used 
as an index into the pktcMtaDevRealmTable." from the 
pktcMtaDevProvKerbRealmName DESCRIPTION. Looks like a leftover from the 
initial CableLabs version of PKTC-MTA-MIB.
