Greetings, all, The -02 revision of the aggregation draft is the result of discussion among the authors to address certain comments from Rahul Patel (thanks, Rahul!) on the nature of the interaction of correlation and aggregation in the specific case that aggregation is applied to multiple views of the same "essential Flows". It introduces a new correlation and normalization operation, in order to not rely on an (as yet unspecified) Intermediate Correlation Process. It also adds a new section 6.2 addressing potential delay and loss caused by an IAP. Though the WGLC ended on February 20, the relative of commentary to date means that this is _not_ the revision intended by the authors to be submitted to the IESG following WGLC; please review and comment on this draft!!
