[IPFIX] Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-ietf-ipfix-information-model-rfc5102bis-07.txt

This revision of RFC5102bis handles all pending open issues on the document after the WGLC that completed 22 October, including the removal of most content on categorization from Section 5 per discussion in Atlanta. We believe this revision to be ready for AD review.
