All you say is good and right and the oki draft presents some interesting
possibilities, but the applicability statement is intended to apply to the
current Working Group drafts for GMPLS signaling.  As and when new GMPLS
signaling work is adopted by the WG I'm sure this applicability statement will
be extended or an addendum will be issued.
