What next?

Hi Friends,
   I like to do my PostGraduate, i donno what to
choose as Major and which Country. I have completed my
B.E in Electronics and Communication and worked around
two years in SONET/SDH along with FPGA coding
(vhdl/verilog). 
   Now i am cofused whether to do M.S in
Telecommunciation or M.S in IC designing. Also i have
plan to do my M.S in U.K.

   Is it advisable to do there? Please suggest which
course has good future?
