IPO mailing list is shutting down

All,
 
   The IPO WG in the SUB-IP area was closed quite q while ago.
   The administrator for the mailing list is no longer available.
   The mailing list is just collecting spam and other non-relevant
   emails. So we have decided to close down this mailing list,
   which will be done right after this  posting.
