I do not see any reason that you could not create multiple QP for an IPoIB
link, infact I see that as a way of providing various SLA agreements.  That
said, I do not see any activity on standardizing how multiple QP would work
on an IB fabric, and our charter specifically limits QOS mapping until the
origional work is done (we are getting close)

If you have any specific uses of multiple QP, I would love to see an internet
draft discussing it, you can submit an individual submission, and when the WG
decides to take it on, move it to a working group submission (I guess I 
should say if, not when).
