Last call on IP over IB Encapsulation draft

The IESG asked for a few changes to the encapsulation draft.

 

Vivek and Jerry put together an updated draft that has hit the
reflector.  Please review this draft and if anyone has problems - get
back to me by 24 Dec (one week last call)

 

Vivek - Can you please summarize the changes made ?
