I am not officially a member of IPP but I thought I would do a quick review of the draft for you. Here are some comments:

  1.  The IEEE Standards Association link on line 41 does not work.
  2.  The link associated with the PWG5100.3 entry in Section 10.1 is not to PWG5100.3 standard; it is to IPP Production Printing Extensions v2.0.
  3.  The link asociated with the PWG5100.11 entry in Section 10.1 is not to the PWG5100.11 Standard; it is to IPP Enterprise Printing Extensions v2.0.
  4.  The "http://www.pwg.org/ipp/" link in Section 12 on page 29 isn't a hyperlink.
  5.  Section 9.1 references PWG5100.12, but it is not included in the list of references in Section 10.
