Following our meeting today, I created a new prototype draft of IPP Finishings 3.0, which is posted here:

Changes include:

Removed mention of "max-sheets" since it isn't needed;
Fixed a few normative requirements;
Fixed the definitions of the "laminating-sides" keywords; and
Many small editorial changes to improve readabiilty.

Next step seems to be to get prototyping done so that it can move to Stable state.
