Changes:
Added in the "finishings-col-supported", which is in the IANA registry but is strangely missing from Finishings 2.0 / 2.1 or earlier drafts of this document;
Moved the section for Printer Status attributes to be after the section for Printer Description attributes; and
Clarified the Finishing Offset and Finishing Reference Edge definitions, and simplified some attributes defining language to assume the reader is those definitions in context to eliminate superfluous language.
