OAuth 2.0 Rich Authorization Requests (in IETF Last Call until 17 Nov 2022)

Abstract

This document specifies a new parameter authorization_details that is
   used to carry fine-grained authorization data in OAuth messages.

Specifically, defines the relationship of the new "authorization-details"
parameter
to both "scope" and "resource" and to Token Request and Token Response.
