Hi Ira,

I've uploaded the update:

In the note at the top of each registry, the lines have been adjusted so
that they come in at roughly 60-70 characters long, instead of 45-70 (a
consequence of replacing "RFC-sweet-rfc2911bis" with the RFC number).
